In order to accommodate older machines that may no longer be compatible with security changes that Amazon is making to AWS, we are now delivering order images from photogize servers instead of Amazon servers.  If you have an older copy of Lab, these images may fail to harvest.  To solve the problem, you should update to the latest copy of Photogize Lab:

1. Close Photogize Lab
2. Download and run this installer to make sure you have the latest version:
3. Delete the problem orders LOCALLY from the left pane.
4. Harvest orders
